Potential new member help pls

I've always liked the cobalts I had a 2009 LT with 64K and it got me everywhere. I've also had a bunch of other 4cyls and lasted me 5K miles lol.

I'm looking at buying a used Cobalt SS supercharged with 140K miles.

The supercharger doesn't function correctly will need replaced. (Thought of going 9psi with a turbo yes I know that's low) it has a different front bumper than stock it has been replaced. The engine bay and engine looks immaculate. He has receipts for oil changes no idea on clutch replacement mileage and tbh no knowledge of cars. Hence why the supercharger was probably not oiled correctly.

Runs and drives great is his daily driver to work 45mins. FRont right springs are sqeeky when you hit a bump or dip. I drove for 15mins no issues.

I feel like car is priced to low though only $3500. 140k is a lot of miles and the supercharger issue but still car looks great runs great. In my area cobalts are worth ~5000 unless under 100k miles. And salvage ones go for like ~$4000.

I can get a mustang gt 4.6 with 102k for $4500 but would rather have an lsj.

Use that $ to buy a better car. Trust me. In my honest opinion I'd make it an even 5k and search craigslist for a clean shop built sr20 swapped 240sx. But that's just me.
