re-introduction!

How's it going guy's? It's been a while plus I was on rlf.com more since I had a 2004 saturn ion redline which started off with just bolt ons then went with a 2.8 pulley, 60s, cobra h.e., and hp tuned by new era performance in Rochester, NY. Then I went with 80s and e85 and trifecta tuned by a member on here local to me and boy did she move. Never got dyno time on E but the butt dyno loved it.

Long story short I traded her in and have been driving a 2009 scion tc with a fully built motor and a bunch of goodies but alas I got rid of her for a 2008 hhr ss.

So far I literally just ordered a zzp catted dp and a new muffler which I am waiting for spring to install. But I am definitely looking for more goodies too guys so lmk! Well deff glad to be back in another gm and hopefully I'll keep this one.

Hah yeah I know, it's the main reason I decided to grab this over a bmw 335i. Takes well to mods and is a hell lot cheaper to mod.

The irl felt maxed out so fast and with all the mods I had on it I was still stuck in the low 14s/high 13s it kinda pissed me off. But of course I could of tossed a snail on and ditched the blower set up but after 2 motors I gave up and moved on to the tC which I was suppose to just ride out but the motor went so I bought a fully built motor in hopes of finishing my turbo project but a couple months later the tranny went along with a couple other expensive things so she went bye bye and here I am in a milk truck hah

Yessir that would be I. Does he still come on the forums? Last I heard he picked up a cruze.

Man it such a small world cause the salesman who I dealt with at bob Johnson when I was buying the hhr knew geoff and he was the one who bought his ss/tc off him.

Nah Geoff is long gone. He had that white cruze last time I knew. Havent heard from him in a couple years. After you get some mods on the hhr we should hit some back roads. Ive got a balt with a tvs and running e85

I wanted to get a tvs but back then it was way too pricey. So I just went with a 2.8 pulley with all supporting mods and E85 and called it a day.

But for sure man I have my zzp catted dp and muffler coming and am ordering charge pipes soon. Where about are you in Rochester?

**** man you are basically in my backyard! I am originally from Henrietta but I live in Webster now, and I turned down Xerox to stay at my job cause they gave me a chunky raise hah, but how ironic would it be if I took the job.

Are you HP Tuned or Trifecta? I wanna go back to New Era Performance get tuned on HP but when I had my irl tuned on pump gas and 60s they weren't the greatest with customer service which made me pissed cause I dropped alot of loot that day..

Geoff grabbed a Crysler 300 as it was nicer and faster. He was having trouble with Trifecta so I wouldn't be surprised if he dropped it. I'll have to text him to update him on my car soon. I got HPT and went with that in the end after being Trifecta tuned at one point. Actually did a lot to an NA 2.2 LAP, especially in the low and midrange where you use it the most.

new era doesn't even touch cobalts anymore lol. I had my tvs and a couple other parts installed by zzp and tuned on their dyno. Made the trip into a little vacation in Michigan with my gf. Personally, I wouldn't even bother messing with trifecta. HPT is def the way to go.

If you ever see huge red lifted Silverado kicking around Webster, that would be by winter DD lol

Yeah I remember him having trouble with his tune on trifecta... Then again, he was trying to run a k04+ with full e85 back in the day and running out of fuel if I remember correctly. That was way back yonder before the fancy opel injectors and such lol.

Yeah I didn't have any luck with trifecta. Even after sending multiple logs and Vince correcting the tune it just never worked out..deff aiming for hpt again

Hmm I am sure I seen it around. I worked part time also at papa john in the plaza next to the movie theater before they closed down. Did you ever go to the advanced auto in that plaza cause I think I've seen that truck parked there a couple times.

Just got my zzp catted dp in the mail. Everything is superb in quality from the quality of the metal down to the welds and they also included gaskets and even a o2 harness extender!

Super fast shipping on top of great pack job. Grade A quality work guys!

I am very pleased with the quality and price of their products and most of all the customer service. Once I get all my bolt-on's I am going to plan a trip to Michigan also.
