A 91 tune is fine. I’d get custom tuned by someone on here.
you can get to 300-330whp 370-400wtq on 91 with a good tune and supporting mods. Intercooler pipes and at least a 3” downpipe.

pretty much gonna order my parts today and I’m gonna get a full body exhaust and get the gm stage 1 map sensor with a 91 tune !! Might be getting around 350+ on whp then later getting a bigger turbo with all the e85 mods then tuning the e85 ! I’ll post results!! Gonna get street tune bby ))

Your not gonna make 350whp on a 91 tune and a stock turbo.

This was with a K&N drop in and ZZP's stock airbox tube on 93

Yeah pretty much bang on what I said. You can only expect so much on the small stock turbo. The nice thing is it spools quick and the torque is fun.
no point in trying to push much past that with stock turbo anyway. It starts falling on its face at 5krpm.

if your looking for higher numbers then that you should re evaluate your entire build and do a turbo.
Don’t let the numbers fool you though from what your at first power now
320/360 to the wheels feels night and day over stock ish power

On pump gas it is normal to see 300 to 320hp. K04 on e47 will make 350hp with full bolt ons and stock fuel system.

Have a chat with your tuner they should be able to share whatever data and dynos you require.
