Are you or anne gonna run me so people can see the difference in speed?
Update.
The Speed shop is all out of nitrous, they said they're getting more tomorrow, so I'm driving up tomorrow morning.
I finished all the wiring and got my switches hooked up. I had some fun test spraying gasoline all over the mall parking lot where i was working on my car
So tomorrow's the big day!

UPDATE
I got the bottle filled.
I'm currently jetting for a 65 shot.
I roll raced my friend's Ford Taurus with a DOHC V6 (210hp?)
Without nitrous we are pretty much dead even.
We ran from about 55-60mph on. Bottle pressure at 675ish PSI. I gave him about a 2.5 second head start. By the time I hit the gas he had a three car lead and opening quickly.
I reeled him in HARD and ripped by him by the time I hit 80. I was easily doing 20 mph more.
The car was really bogging down though cause the pressure was only 675 so that's it.
We all went back to his place with a bunch of people and played strip poker n ****. I took my bottle inside and left it on top of the furnace to heat up.
By the time I left the bottle was warm to the touch. I hooked it up and read 975PSI
Took it out on the highway and punched it going 50mph. I hit 80 in only about 2 seconds. Car pulls like a ******* steroid induced animal!
Jeffreickonyaa wants to run me tomorrow with his stock ss/sc to see how we compare. On 700psi he said my car feels about the same as his ss/sc.
Edit: The difference between 700psi and 975psi is UNREAL, the car pulls so hard on 975!
I need a ******* bottle heater BAD

get that bottle heater now. without it thats just a waste of gas at 700 psi. you want 900-950 when your hitting it. depending on the setup even 1050 psi is doable
I'm gonna race Jeffrieckonfiyaa later today, we'll prob do two runs, one boosted and one not.
Both rolls from about 40 or 50. I'm thinkin we should do 50 roll since 40 is an ss/sc strongpoint, and 60 is my strongpoint, so we'll compromise.
I'm gonna get my bottle nice and toasty for the race, i'm aiming for 1050+ psi
I'll get videos with my computer's webcam.

you should try to keep your bottle pressure between 1000-1100psi, anything less and its just wasting away. i can't even imagine how rich you were at 675psi...
yes bottle pressure is the #1 factor in how hard you pull, thats why its highly recommended
welcome to the club btw...

I got in my car today and the bottle was so cold it was only at 375psi =[
just make sure u get one thats pressure controlled and not temp controlled or you'll be wasting your time.
have fun
Yeah but those systems are mad expensive
Well I got my bottle all nice n toasty thanks to some hot water and my bathtub. Then I wrapped it up in my NOS bottle blanket and left it to simmer near a heater to maintain the temp. I dont know exactly what the bottle temp is, but it's warm to the touch, so that's good enough for me.
Now I'm just awaiting the call from Jeff and we'll all see how a 65 shot 2.2 compares to an SS/SC

i cant wait to see the video.. think about getting a purge kit yet and doing the slotted fenders and having it purge out each fender lol..
something about seeing that in Fast and furious 2 was really cool.. would be funny to drive by a person on the street and let the pruge kit rip haha. until a cop sees it

because they aren't going to be able to maintain the pressure levels you are looking for...
depending on the temp outside, it may require more/less heat to get your bottle at the needed pressure so just maintaining it at a specified temp isn't always gonna get you what you want.
and no they aren't expensive...Dynotune bottle heater, $100 bucks...works perfect.
