From: New Jersey then. Now Orlando Florida

SMC Progressive meth kit.

For the controller there is a clear tube that looks like a vacuum line which im assuming is for boost and to activate the meth. Where would I connect this too

I would guess tee off from your boost controller. You could set it to a lower psi and test it like so to confirm it works at the desired psi. I'd message the company you got it from.
