Hey guys, any recommended paint shops near Milwaukee?

I just picked up my '06 Cobalt SS/SC yesterday and I've already dumped a bunch of cash into modifications, but I won't feel complete until I do a little cosmetic stuff as well - so I'm looking to get solid black racing stripes thrown onto my car. I'd also like to get my rims painted a gloss black to match as well (possibly with a polished lip/center cap so that the badges still match). Know anybody that'd give me a good price? Thanks in advance.

I'm definitely looking to get a tune within a week or two, but right now I just wanna get everything thrown on the car, haha. But yeah, if you could get me that number I'd appreciate it.

Mayco!! J/K

But on a serious note there is a place in Delevan that does powder coating but I can't think of there name. You should get your rims powdercoated a high gloss black and leave the out side of it polished. Kind of like this.

Vinyl does sound like a good idea, any idea how much they'd charge? And who does the powder coating? Idk if I like how that 'shopped image of the wheels looks though.

I haven't snapped any pictures of my car yet. I'll nab some tomorrow with my sister's camera. The only ones I've got are on my cell phone but it looks exactly like this:

All black sounds sexy as heck too. That's my other option (if the polished lip turns out to be too much work or something). I just nabbed a set of Eibach Sportline springs, so it'll look a bit more aggressive with the drop. Koni's are next, hopefully I can get those tomorrow. I'm saving all the exterior work for last. I kind of like the sleeper look too, haha.

The car that you showed me currently doesn't run! Anyways I get the point. Sounds like your car is going to sort of look like mine only yellow.

You guys think getting Black Halo Projectors and blacked out LEDs are worth it? I've never really looked into changing them out, would it be an annoying process?

I am not a big fan of any of the projecters for our cars. If you want a different look from stock I would suggest painting the stock ones.

So I tried looking up some local auto-body shops around Franklin and decided I'd give Ochs Auto Body a call to get a quote on painting on stripes and blacking out my wheels. I get a hold of the guy, he tells me to come in for a price quote. I drive 15 minutes and when I show up, there's no one at the shop. Try calling for about 5 minutes and no one answers. I hate shitty customer service.

How far've a drive is that from Franklin or Waukesha? I just moved out here from Cali so I'm not familiar with the state yet.

Edit: LOL, nevermind, just google'd it. You're 5 hours away so that's definitely a no-go, haha.

Damn that's sick, you really do do good work, haha. How much would you charge for two parallel black racing stripes down the top of the car from the front bumper to the rear bumper? And how much for painting the stock SS wheels black with a polished lip? I just want to know how much I'd be looking at spending.
