Minnesota Balts
MNSC is having our first ever SOUTHERN Fall Cruise on Saturday, October 20th. Details are still being put together, but we will be winding our way down along the Mississippi River to Winona, MN. This won't be an overnight event. We will leave in the morning, drive down to Winona, taking frequent stops to take pictures and relax, get to Winona, have a bite to eat, and then head home.
The route and further details will be posted within the next week, but we wanted to let ya'll know about it so you can get off of work and mark your calendars. Should be a great time!

^
I'll show up between 12-1pm. I have to work Saturday too but will still make it to the meet around the time it starts (12noon).
I'd say show up and meet some Pontica Vibe/ Toyota Matrix owners, I met some of them last year and they were pretty cool. Most were computer nerd guys but were still pretty funny.

what a blast, i'm jealous lol. i love the pic and just made my buddy jealous of the lotus haha. +rep for awesome pic
I hit up a road tour with a bunch of subarus today. I didnt get up to 155 or anything but there were lots of corners at high speed. Everyone thought my car was gonna suck at first. Then they saw that I kept up with them in all the bends and I think just maybe, the balt got a little respect.

I've been helping the Balt get respect one road tour at a time.
My buddy road along with me today during the tour and I think he thought he was gonna die about 3 or 4 times...He learned that these road tours R not joke
if i had the free time to make one of those road tours i'd totally hit one up, i love just cruisin along and to do it with a bunch of other people in cars like that would be great. plus i love corning and accelerating so winding backroads or just out in the open would be a blast.
The car that kicked everyones ass was the damn Murcielago.
We were flyin around ***** and this thing passed everyone like we were going 30. But it was cool to see one in person and not just parked. We were able to see how the car works when put the the limits.

No one should expect a $20,000 car to keep pace with a $200,000 car. Having a Lambo pass you like you were standing still is expected.
On the road tour i went on, everyone thought they would do the same to me. Its a good feeling to walk away from built wrx's and stis and take the corners just as fast as them. Ill have to go on more of these. Its way too much fun. Its also really funny to hear people with awd complain about understeer when they just enter corners too fast. all cars understeer when you do that. I love wrxs and stis, but they are not so much better then my car that it even matters.

The Balt is a great car in the twisties.
I dont think a Srt-4, Civic Si or MS3 could keep up with us on a road tour...id love to have the chance to find out. I think those people are too scared to come out and play
