Well I almost crapped my pants today, and this is why. This thing was ******* fast, way faster than any balt Ive been in. Only bad thing is that there was something wrong with the upper end, like it lost power high up. My test drive made a state trooper cruise through our lot to see what was up, but he didnt do anything. All in all great day, and it sounded mean.

I prefer a sti over a evo any day for the fact that you think about it the sti is higher quality

the sti is a upgrade of the wrx and the wrx is a upgrade of the impreza

the evo is a upgrade of just a lancer.......

to me no matter what anyone sez there is no replacement for displacement

also the sti sounds cooler with a exhaust

it doesnt even matter if an evo is a glorified lancer....every single test thats been done shows that evos are faster than stis...any day of the week. if you guys have never driven an evo dont talk because i have and i can honestly say its the fastest car ive ever driven....awd launch = pure orgasm....jon knows what im talkin about with his tsi...its rediculous

and how can u even say its a glorified lancer???? thats like saying a ss/sc is a glorified cobalt....or a redline is a glorified ion...or an srt - 4 is a glorified neon....

and in my insignificant opnion, i think awd is for sallys who need a crutch to lean on when it comes to lauching, i like awd for a daily driven vehicular transportation in adverse conditions, though ive never had a problem with fwd or rwd in snow,but a sports car should be a bare bones, connection between nothing but the driver and the car, like the elise or viper.. even the tcs in the zo6 is kinda a shame to me
