I think me and a couple buddies are going out to Hwy 100 Saturday night to cruise around, what time are you guys going at about?

 

we are going 2 the hooters, at about 630ish then hitting it up out on HWY after that... till like 1ish

I have never cruised Hwy 100 before, what section do you guys drive up and down. I bought my cobalt at Holz on Hwy 100 so is it around there?

 

get on 94... head south when you get on the hwy 100 exit. drive to 894 and turn around..

 

So you cruise on hwy 100 on the stretch between 94 and 43? because 894 doesnt intersect with hwy 100

 

894 aka the rock..freeway

 

iff you look at a map on mapquest....

its the part of 100 where HWY 100 and 45 (same road- in that area) cross HWY 43. 43 is going east and west.... 100 is going north and south... and layton ave is like right there.

that is right in the middle of the car/race area... you can go eather way on 100 from there

 

when most of team rev goes, we usually meet at culvers in west allias.

 

Its funny kind of...in a town that me and my friends go to, to cruise. We meet in the "Aldi's" parking lot...and when i went to highway the first time, we went into the Aldi's parking lot...me and my friends thought that was hilarious.
but not culvers next to ours, t-bell.

very true, bout 5 years ago i hung out in bd's aldi's parking lot, but we got kicked out...the strip was hoping back then...its kinda dead now

It is, besides last summer...oh god. Almost EVERY time we went there...there would be this like 1997 Grand Am GT..thgat would run that strip EVERY night..ha

But now, no one wants to do anything anymore...ahh well...saving me tickets.

Im going to be going to GLD 2maro again due to not being pleased with the crapy times i ran on sunday was 14.5 that was with a passanger and 120lbs of stuff in my trunk and then i took them out and i screwed up on my launch and misssed 3rd so i was like im done im going for a goal to break into the high 13's i post my 3 runs 2maro after noon im some time around 3 i should be back casue i have a half day woot woot

 

wow this place is dead? did everyone make it back ok? i think we need to start planing for the next team rev spring outing! any ideas? we also have to have the hwy scavenger hunt

so 2day i got out of work at 930 and headed down to GLD arrived there at about 1030am there was a lil of a line to race like 10mins 20 mins about so i ran my first run and got a14.2 and my 2nd run 13.87, and my final and 3rd run i got a 13.9 so i did what i was hope n for and im happy with these times for only having a 3inch intake and a tune i never came home for my 3inch exhaust so i'll be going back again but not til later in the year

 

So how was the meet? anyone get any pics?

Opening Day was a shitty excuse for not coming with. The game was on Friday but you still could have come down on Saturday like I did.

 

I had training till 5 on sat. then I crashed out on the couch till fuckn 9. Oh well.
