He are some general guidelines from what I have learned from css.net and RLFs.

3.35" to 3.10" supercharger pulley - .045" gap - Stock Plug Cooling Range

3.00" to 2.90" supercharger pulley - .040" gap - One Range Cooler Plugs

2.80" to 2.7" supercharger pulley - .035" gap - Two Range Cooler Plugs

2.60" and below - Just don't do it.

Again, these are general guidelines to go by and by no means are the absolute answer for your engine.

Im acutally at .032 on a 2.8" pulley.

 

I was thinking of maybe going .28 with my 2.7 pulley. I do see 20psi.

I know that if you have the plug gapped to much, all that compressed air will just blow out the spark.

If so, that guy told me he wasn't gonna do anything to his car because he was gonna get rid of it once the turbo SS came to countryside dealer..ha

True. On my 2.9" pulley I had my plugs gapped to .040". It ran great but after 12,000 miles I would occasionally get a misfire past 6K. I replaced my plugs (Thanks Tom and Curt!) a couple of weeks ago and one of the old plugs was gapped to .050"! Im pretty sure that was the cause of my problem.

What kind of plugs are you running? Everyone loves NGKs. They need to be replaced every 10k-12k but for $2 a pop it is well worth the money.

he didnt find time to call me so he didnt get my recommendation.... I already know off the top of my head what he needs... and you dont set gap by pulley size.

gap is more determined by how the car reacts and power level.

Plus my phone has been dead as I havent been home. Ive been camping for the past week and other personal things ive been dealing with.
