yeah. from his guess, from the looks of it he cracked the belling housing where the lower front trans mount connects to the trans.... but i just heard from him that hes not parting it out anymore and hes getting it fixed.....

curt is the 09 unlocked for hp tuners yet, if so is it still 2 credits? Would you know off hand what can all be tuned with the on 09 cause i thought i remember you saying something about it might not all be unlocked??? let me or sandy know!

Bad news tho for me.... looks like my car may not be covered... I got a voicemail yesterday from the insurance company and they state that they dont see any damage from my report.
WTF.... MY TRANNY IS LEAKING LIKE NO OTHER AND MY BUMPER IS ****** SCRAPED... how the **** dont you see that....
but whatever if they dont like i stated before car is going back to stock and will be going with bankruptcy as I dont have the money to afford the car and pay off my legal fees with probation and house arrest coming along with court cost...
so in a way it will probably be for the better that my car goes.... like most say when a car goes from being totalled... " you can always replace a car" so like i would think easy come easy go... who knows when I could get side swiped and be in the same boat where im without a car cause its totalled... its been fun but I think I need to get something that i can pay off in cash and mod freely without worrying month to month about a car payment and such...
If any good news pops up I will let everyone know but as of right now from what I know theres nothing good.

08 is unlocked but ive seen people stating they tuned a 09 so I will only know by tryin. I dont know first hand what is unlocked for the cars as this would be the first one I touched...
