Seen a nice red SS with white wheels on 92nd and Cleveland the other day. I believe I seen this before with a girl driving. The windows were tinted and it was going the other way so I couldn't tell if it was the same one or not.

Would anybody happen to have a Wideband O2 that I could use for the weekend? I am possibly looking at getting a slight tune. Anywhere around the greenbay/appleton area would be awesome and I would be willing to throw some cash your way for letting me borrow it. PM or text: 920-588-0329

Shouldn't cost him anything. The military authorizes you to ship one vehicle. Now a second one he would have to pay for. If I remember right it took about 2 months for my car to show up, and I drove it to Atlanta.

In that case don't ship your car over...ship a tank back!

Yeah, that haha. Not sure if serious...
Two fuel pumps won't do anything, its our injectors that limit us and unfortunately since nobody makes larger injectors we either have to install a 5th injector or run zzp's fuel lobe cam so raise the rail pressure to push more fuel through the injectors. Its a sad story for us LNFs.

the only thing that is a sad story about the LNFs is that people dump enough money into them that they run into that issue in the first place........... anything ove 350whp is just tire spin city n kinda stupid... save up for a c6 or something

See that was always my theory too. I would never put more than 1/5 of the purchase price back into the car in mods. At that point it would have been better to start out with something better. The reason I wound up pulling the trigger on getting some YYZ springs is because I don't see myself getting that c6 z06 as soon as I would like. Unless they come down in price a lot once the new ones come out, I can't justify paying $50k for a 4-5 year old car no matter the mileage. That and I'm sure I'll be looking into getting a house in the next few years so there's that too.

yea I'll be happy with a conservative 91 octane HP tune.. seeing maybe 315whp.. then yeah thats more than plenty for what I'd need as a DD in this light little thing we call a cobalt.. maybe if i felt like going nuts for a few months over summer I could do an e47 tune and get closer to the 350whp mark, but we'll see... I dont really feel like doing a clutch any time soon either, which for e47 would mean slow boost/tq ramp, which kinda defeats the purpose of trying to get more power lol
I'm fine with putting money into it if I know I can get a good chunk of it back.. springs, retros, dp, intake are all easily sellable items if I were to ever change my mind at some point. I am trying to keep it under 15% of purchasing cost though.. I may be looking into a bike if i can find one that doesnt kill me on insurance (or in person lmao)

Yeah no kidding. 91 ethanol free is about all I can find around here, though there are a few stations still carrying 93 e10. In the fox valley here, premium is getting more and more expensive too. 91 ethanol free is usually only $.25 more expensive than regular but the 93 e10 is usually $.30 to $.40 more expensive than regular. Shell and Mobil are $.40 to $.45 more expensive per gallon than regular, which is ridiculous in my opinion. I'll have to get a 300 whp e85 tune pretty soon seeing as premium is going through the roof here

@aaron - going straight e85 is not a good idea, one your MPG takes a ****, two the price of corn is due to skyrocket from the drought so i dont see straight e85 being a cheap option. e47 may be the best bet to get the octane you want though, which is what I'm debating (cuz i find alot of 91, and a decent amount of E stations so a blend wouldnt be too hard)
@mike - yeah that would've been me on 151.. i drive that heavily on friday evenings and sunday nights.. n notice how i said maybe 315whp on 91 (im speculating considering an HPtune will put out slightly more than the GMS1, and the higher numbers on GMS1 seem to be at 300whp with my mods according to the official dyno thread 2012.. granted I'm sure some of those numbers are on 93, but nonetheless its my comparison. a vast majority of 93 HPtuned ss/tc's seem to be around the 330whp mark, so 310-315 on 91 doesnt seem too absurd)..
