Most springs are designed for lowering. Not performance.

Sweet. I am happy with mine so far. I was never really into the slammed look that most aftermarket springs provide. The stock RL springs were a touch taller the SS/SC and SS/TC. Here are the best pics I have for Stock vs Powell. I would esitmate they dropped 1/2" front and rear.

I'll have to take pictures of my car to show you guys, but I'm convinced that my front end still sits lower than other SS/TCs for some reason. It was the same way stock.

But these YYZ springs are letting me take the many roundabouts in Oshkosh at alarming speeds haha. It was bad enough before with just the stock springs, sticky tires, and a rear sway bar, but its dangerous now. If nobody else is in the roundabout, I actually speed up going into the roundabouts . I have since noticed that because these springs allows me to carry much more speed into the corner due to the reduced understeer, I can't start accelerating out mid turn like I used to because now my diff kicks in and the front end slides out haha. I should say that the springs are using the grip better so that I can carry more speed through the turn so I no longer can accelerate so hard mid turn. That wording might make more sense, idk.

Unless it is marked, there is no speed limits in roundabouts.

Ray will be conducting a tour at 1:45 PM.

If you are interested in meeting to drive down to the event together, we will be meeting at the College Avenue Park and Ride Lot - Southwest corner at 12:00 Noon - http://www.dot.wisconsin.gov/travel/...ts/mil4020.htm. Hmm, only about 20 minutes away from me. I could swing up if people are going, maybe get some more Chicago cars to come with.

Tony Gaples LOL He has some nice rides but doesn't give a **** about them. He bought a brand new McLaren MP12C last year and drove it in the winter. Also I have heard he has a led foot on the street and has a lawyer strictly for his traffic tickets. BlackDog is a sponsor of a track day that I help out with every summer and have some cool stuff.

I think i might go to the Brewers game, but if anyone is meeting up to drive down from the milwaukee area, I might be interested in going.

sounds like a cool guy to me. I buy cars to drive them, sounds like he thinks the same.

I'll be there. I'll either be with my buddy in his Z51 vette or with my buddy that has a twin turbo 350z. No DL to drive my car so I'll try my best to have fun.

Once again I won't be driving. So I won't be able to make that decision. If you live in IL already you should probably just meet at BlackDog Racing. Otherwise the start point meeting place is mentioned above.

Hey guys, I am selling the RL.

I am asking $11,500 the way it is. Here is the general information. If you know anyone who might be interested let me know.

TVS 2.7" (340whp)
E85
ZZP Exhuast
Griffin HE
Single Pass Ported IM
YYZ Springs
GMS3 Trifecta (HPTs capadible) PCM
Sky Wheels
Dual Interceptors
Projector HID Headlights
ect
ect

I'll take $10k without the TVS and anywhere between $9-10k depending on mods. Dealership is giving me to good of a deal to consider anything less.

Spread the word!

Did you have the TVS on last May when you raced Mike? This was down by Hwy 100, just after Mike got his E85 tune. Just curious because I thought you had ran the TVS in the past but then switched back to the M62 for some reason.

I am not sure yet. I was going to part out the car but now my brother is thinking about buying it. I am going to try to talk him out of the TVS since I still have the M62 sitting in my garage. If I do part out, local guys will get the first crack at it.

I did not have the TVS at that time. That was the M62 w/ 2.6" an 35 shot. He pulled me hard! It would have been a little different if I had the TVS but I still think he would have won. Now a TVS with a ported head....

Anyone have the ability to clean clogged fuel injectors? Two of my 79's got clogged when my motor went a week or two ago. Now the car is only running on two cylinders and ive traced it to the injectors they were coated in oil.
