***OFFICAL*** NYIRP 2009 Test 'n Tune
Well I'm gonna have to rip my car apart when I get home now. Yesterday night I started getting a nice clunking noise any time I'd hit a bump. It's pretty bad and really annoying to drive with so that now takes priority. Hopefully I can get it fixed and back together before its time to take off.

Fri April 24 Test & Tune & Time TrialsSurprise, surprise, a lot of people failed to show up. Chris needs to learn how to drive. Anthony didn't really do anything to impressive but will be getting his MAP clamp in now. Andrew needs to ditch the ricer crap.
The big news of the night though, Derek, went 14.9!!!! He is the fastest N/A 2.2 according to the 1/4 mile list. Congrats dude!

update on my car status:
I think I may have a boost leak. Im basing this on the low trap times, and the lack of power in the top end. I will be checking all my vacuum tubing and re-tightening everything. I think the primary culprit may be the BOP. Im going to tighten that thing down tigher than a nun's ***** and get everything installed this weekend. Map-clamp, and wideband are going in NO EXCUSES. I am still soo pissed at the cars performance that Im going to make sure everything is perfect and I dont have any issues for the next time.
Im also going to aggressively tune the map clamp so I can run ~18 psi.
count me in for two weeks friday. I should have my TCS up and running by then, and Im not going back till I have everything perfect.

Wednesday night is a work night. Kinda lame to drive 50 mins back and forth on a week night just to be rushed home because of work the next week. Once Shredd and Regan cruise nights start up, I'll be there every Wednesday night.
