I'd be game. I'm 20 minutes from the track. You will kick my a$$ since I only have an LS. But it would be nice to meet up with people from here.

There's a good chance I might roll out there this weekend. I wanna run it down the track once before it goes back to stock and sits in the garage.

Im not liking how my car is running. Up top it has sputters around 5500 6000 range. Also idling a little rougher than I think it should should and def doesnt feel like im making the power it used to. Anyone know someone local for tuning?

Good chance of rain Friday. We'll have to wait and see.

American econobox or not. No car with 3500 miles on it should have this much crap. Practically brand new. But i was just stating its a piece of ****...plain and simple.

Wait a minute. You modded your car and you thought you wouldn't go through maintence items quicker? Sounds like you shouldn't be modding.

haha, being a little harsh arent we?

Sounds to me like ur getting sparkplug blowout. I would buy a set of 1 step cooler plugs and gap them .05 smaller than factory gap ( .035 is usually good ).

Intake downpipe and tune should be nothing but good for the car as it improves its filty lean stock tune(in case you didnt know this). since spark plugs i had to replace twice already(once totally stock). Ive already had engine problems the first 500 miles, and rotors and breaks were totally shot after 3k. Ya I know modding causes things to be replaced sooner but at the same time its a brand new car that has been driven very easy the whole time since ive had it pretty much all WINTER. so lets not make ignorant statments for no reason, when you have no idea how I care for my car on a daily basis.

The car is running richer then it was from factory. These conditions are causing the spark blow out. As Anthony said, 1 step colder and close the gap slightly. Easy driving can kill spark plugs faster. Some good hard pulls clean the plugs off.

haha, true. But we can only hope that the TC is better than the SC in quality, and cars only continue to gte better as later generations are made.

Today is looking promising weather wise.

And yes I'll probably do a pass or two.
