the best thing to do is do a search in the area. there are **** load of hotels in the area. The best bet would be down in fishkill, thats were the last meet was. if you went north on rt 9 there is like 6-7 hotels. and then there are a few in poughkeepsie.

But from what i heard the really crack down on hotel parties, so good luck on that one. rooms arent the biggest, just decent size. And i believe the avg price is going to be $100-$200 a night. But check for yourself

there's also newburgh they have a **** load of hotels.. and usually they're decent prices

i hear you but i had a friend a few years back that had a party and people destroyed the room and used the firehose in the hallway. and he got hit with a hugh bill and taken to court. so they are very tough when it comes to hotel parties.

All right lets get this back on track. Since we have about 5 weeks or so. we need to start getting a head count. If anyone is bringing anyone with them(girlfriends,wifes or friends) let me know so i can update the list. also if there any non-members coming with cars.

The other thing i need to know is i'm taking care of the reservation, alcohol permit and bringing one small grill. We need to have people bring something with them(dogs, burgers, rolls, soda, mac and pot salad, ect..) Let me know what you can bring and i'll put it on the list. Thanks guys. Also this is BYOB(legal age please) and lawn chairs Thanks guys,

well i have 2 non-members coming with their cars as of right now, not sure if anyone is going with them ill ask, and i prob have 2 people coming in my car.

as far as food i can bring like 5-6lbs of mac and 5-6lbs of potatoe salad maybe a little more. I can also pick up a few 2Liter bottles of soda also.
