It's actually not a external wastegate lol. It's the same exact wastegate in the k04 in the ss tc but the tubular exhaust mani and lots of boost seem to make it loud @wot. You should hear it when I have the electric cutout open! Hehe

wny crew looking to find who used to own a 2009 sstc maroon in buffalo area. kid worked at delta sonic. need to find former mods so dealer can fix problem for new owner

 

Mike is the only one I know that worked at delta sonic and has a 09 sport red SS/TC. He has hung out with the WNY crew a few times . I might be just a coincidence thou cause he lives in Erie PA . Does the car have the stock wheels powder coated Black?

 

Did he beat the **** out of his car? If so its prob the same car.. Did he have a tune besides GM stg 1?

 

Nope..... he took real good care of it ..... like waxed every couple weeks type of care . He had a K04+ or whatever that wheel upgrade is called for our stock turbo ......and was tuned with HP tuners. Are the windows tinted .....with a a low rise spoiler ?

I haven't seen the car yet but not too many SR SS TC's around and work at delta sonic lol. He is having misfire problems on cyl 3 and compression isn't very good so he is trying for a new motor.

How's your back doing healing up good? We should meet up one of these days before it starts snowing.

If they don't replace the motor tell them you don't want it. They want the sale and they don't have to pay for the motor so it shouldn't be a problem.
