what up everyone........... we're officially moved out of the house and now temporarily living with my grandmother in Viola, DE according to our realestate agent, the home owners on the house we want have accepted our offer so now it goes thru the bank and blah blah blah, so now we're waiting to hear just how much of a "short sale" this will be, from what i've heard it could be 30 days to 6 months, i'm guessing with how fast they accepted the offer, the fact they're divorced and basically just trying to get out of the house..... it could be closer to 1-2 months until we're in our new house

short sales are more or less based on how fast the bank moves, not neccessarily the seller, unfortunately. *i do them all day*
