suspension, brakes, performance, wheels, drivetrain.......... 99% of Cobalt parts will fit & work perfectly on the HHR. the ONLY differences are the intake, interior & exterior. the only part i'm going to try to make & mass produce would be an intake for my HHR SS.

well when it comes to intakes for the HHR SS...... your options are either stock setup with K&N fiilter or the actual K&N intake which uses the stock box and you replace the filter, air box lid & turbo-air box pipe. oh and there was a shop in Texas that created 5 "cold air intakes" for the HHR SS. in my honest opinion, they're trash design and nothing "cold air" about them.

the price my friend gave me for just making 1 for me is worth it, but what i'll be doing is letting him use mine as the jig to make others and i'll advertise them on the forum. the more people that buy them, the lower my cost is and plus he'll hook me up with custom stuff down the road. to me, that's worth more than trying to get rich, mainly because i'd spend it anyways on having him make me stuff.

side exits are stupid easy to create and just about every other SRT4 on the road has one already.

nah, i won't be doing anything like that. there's no room to run it that way without having like 50 feet of piping running thru the engine bay.

right now the factory air box is on top of the engine, i'm going to make a new air box with sheet metal off to the the left of the engine bay. unfortunately there's not enough room in the fender well to run piping into there with a filter on the end.

yup, now i'm 1 post from 18k......... that's what happens when you used to be a big post ***** for 3+ years. i've really cut back on the past year, mainly because this forum just flat out sucks, in my opinion of course.
