My mom is going down there today to check the model home out. Maybe if she likes it she'll give us some monies?

Considering it. I mean you can get so much more house for your money down there...and the garage is ginormous!

We're really just looking at every option possible so that we know whats out there and can make the best choice. We're looking at houses in person with our realtor lady next weekend.

sounds like fun. eventually i need to see who i need to contact about taking over the land next to our house..... so that i can then build onto our current garage. right now our property line is at the minimum distance from the house.... Tq's pen isn't even on our land.

yup, same thing with Tq's pen. the lot next to our house was deemed flood land and i believe is still owned by the builders. there's only about 25ft. from our property line that i'd like to own and i've never seen it flood so i don't see a problem with them sellling it to us for cheap. technically there's suppose to be 18ft between our property and the next lot so that state tractors can go to the field behind our house to mow...... um..... that's never happened in the almost 30+ years her parents owned the house since it was built.

Anything having to do with state and/or county mowing makes me do this They are horrible about mowing Faukland Road to the point sometimes I just have to pray when I pull out of our neighborhood bc I can't see around the weeds!

In other news, Our plan is being submitted to the builder today asking them if they can lower the price at all. We should hear back on Thursday.

Well, so much for new car. Was about to trade in the fiance's car(which is dying), and get a MS3 and she was taking the cobalt...

Well last night, I hit a deer dead on at 55mph and no more cobalt... So going to have to find two cheap cars instead of one new car and the cobalt... Now let the long battle of the worth of my car begin with progressive...

And the air bag burnt the **** out of my left arm, but other then that, not a scratch on me.

Yikes! At least you are ok...cars can be replaced...people can't.

There is nothing in Lewes really. You need to get on Rt.1 (Coastal Highway) and drive south. You'll go through Rehoboth (lots of mini golf, a huge waterpark and some gokart places) keep going south you'll hit Dewey (**** ton of bars and places to rent jet skis and kayaks) keep going more south and you'll hit Betheny (not much there but some good food and some cute shops if your girl likes shopping). Finally if you keep driving more south until you can't go south anymore or you'll end up in the ocean you have hit OCMD. OC is probs has the BEST boardwalk and lots and lots and lots to do. It's prob a half hour from Lewes. Well worth the drive.
