i'm not sure. haven't gotten around to install mine. i know you need to welded a bung into your downpipe for the sensor to screw in.

 

Other then having the bung welded I heard its not too bad. Just gotta be able to run the wires.

I do have a funny weekend story to share with you! So Friday night I was coming home from poker with my girl in my car and we're sitting at a redlight next to a chevy xtreme blazer. I normally don't speed or drive like an ass with my girl in the car so I wasn't really paying attention to the guy. So the light turns green and he freakin FLOORS it and my gf looks at me and was like are you really gonna let him do that! Of course not lol! So i take off and EASILY pass him in 3rd gear. Now the guy got spanked HARD and he was really far behind us, so I slowed down cuz we were coming into newark (cops galore!) All of the sudden I see him flying down the road behind me and he flies past me ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD!!! with traffic coming right at him! I slammed on the breaks so he could get over and not kill himself or any innocent people! My girl and I were like WTF!!! I guess he couldn't handle the fact that he got beat. It's reasons like that I rarely ever street race...too many douche bags like that who have no reguard for other people!

yea that's pretty retarded of him to do that. good to know you and your girl are safe. i am seriously trying to stop "street racing" because of the risks involved. whenever my friends want to race me, i tell them lets go up to the track.

 

yeah I used to drive like a real idiot when I was younger, but now it's not worth it. I rarely ever do it. Hell most of the time I am in the slow lane on 95. It's just not worth messing up myself or a perfectly good car! I guess thats a sign of growing up we are actually showing some responsibility!

ok guys, i'm starting to have serious thought of getting rid of THIS Cobalt. i'm gaining interest in the new Turbo SS Cobalts, once i test drive one i'll know. i might try to sell my car on Ebay or Cars.com or in new papers, just to see how much someone will give me for it.

I talked with my friend at tha Chevy dealer in Dover, and he said that they should have tha '08 Cobalts in end of April/Early May. He said he would contact me and lemme know when they arrive cause he knows how bad I wanna test one out.


P.S. If anyone near Dover has a digital camera, perhaps I could buy some "film" from ya and have ya take some shots of my ride so I can post. Camera pics just don't give it tha respect a Cobalt deserves. lol

nah, i haven't seen the grille in black, but i'm pretty sure you could get them painted for a decent price. yea i love the headlights but yea.....everyone has them now. i'm considering selling them and going a different route.

It would prolly look bad ass painted...I really want black, but I can't stand the stock grill IMO it kinda looks cheap.

Only problem with the headlights.....as me and matt are finding out is that they start to like peel at the top and work their way down...its weird. But I like the wheels man...how much do the weigh??
