i told ya'll that i priced everything to sell!! i like wheelin' & dealin' but i'd much rather price everything as low as possible so it'll be alot easier to sell. hopefully i can sell all this stuff to the "locals" so i dont have to worry about shipping.

hey guys, if ya'll can come over saturday we can do a whole day of swapping parts. i'm getting my car back tomorrow night, the shop is delivering it on a flat bed for free. and then the demodding will begin thursday night. friday night i have dinner plans but then demodding will resume saturday morning. just a fair warning, this weekend is the NFL draft and every year (since 1995) i have watched this event on t.v., yes i watched every freaking round. but i'm willing to somewhat break tradition by selling these parts. so if you have called dibs on the above items and will have the money this weekend please PM me and i'll give my address so ya'll can come over. and just think guys....this is your chance to take home a piece of rallycobalt06, haha. dont worry tho, even tho i am getting rid of the SS i will still be an active member on this site and who knows......maybe i'll get a Cobalt LS 4 door for a daily beater

i'm getting my car back tonight, i'm going to attempt to fix it myself. the owner of the shop (who is a good friend of the family) said that it is definately an intake valve in the #4 cyclinder and that it was caused by "over revving", that is what the local Chevy dealer said cause they have seen some recently with the same problem. so i guess when you get a custom tune it raises the redline to 7000rpm it really isn't good for the cars. the book said it was a 23 hour job.
edit: dibs have been removed on the gauges.

i would rebuild it but...... i dont have that kind of money to be doing it and plus I still have a loan out for the car. i'm not going to rebuild an engine on a car that i'm still making payments on. i'd rather part it out, fix it, and sell it. i already have my hopes on another car.

lies!!!!! if you can buy those parts you can rebuild it lol, i can even hook you up with stock LSJ connectig rods if you need them!!! just gotta save up and do it bit by bit. come on money bags lol. the other thing is think about how much you will loose selling the car. I bet you don't get what you want for it....our cars (cobalts in general) suck on re-sale....

i seriously dont have the money or the time to rebuild this freaking engine. i dont have any other vehicles. right now i'm driving my dad's big ass dodge that is a freaking gas hog. i've already made up my mind about this. i'll be fixing it, parting it out and selling it.
You mean nothing to me......
How much you going to sell it for? I can try and ask around...
