get arrested for bein out? thats the biggest bunch of BS i've ever heard of lol. stupid ass state. either way. business are open and operating as normal. i stopped by scottis cause my friend needed to get his toyota looked at and the dude chuck said they pushed my car in the shop so it doesnt get snowed on because i dont got my bumper and headlights on, and he said the workers comes in at 12 and mine is like the 1st or 2nd to get worked on. so im happy

I have heard of being fined on a state of emergency. But being arrested is a crock. I have never once heard that in my life, I'm calling BS on that one matt.

arresting is a little over the top IMO. but im new to this state and have never been in a snow storm so i really cant call BS or not, it just sounds like BS. now im not sayin what matt is sayin is BS im sayin it just sound like BS for cops to sit there and arrest people for it

when a state emergency is called, there are a couple different types. the one they called on friday night - saturday night was the type that only state & national guard vehicles are allowed out. you CAN be arrested for being out in this type of state emergency.

you can be arrested... Everyone I work with here in DE informed me. I dunno if MD is like that, but apparently that is true here in DE.
