Best not to have it on while driving. Some places don't care, and then there are the ****** that will pull you over cause your car "looks like the racing type". But generally, as long as it's not flashing you should be ok. I always have been and I drove my Lancer all over w/ underglow on.

I'm in definitely. I don't take many road trips. I can get us a hotel in Columbus (like 4mi from the meet) for probably $50/person sleeping 2 in a room after taxes using our corporate rate from work. It looks like I can get up to 3 rooms total (6 people if anyone wants to stay the night and drive home Sunday).

Yeah, Sunday.....fixed above

Just checked - would be at Mariott in Columbus Mariott North (3.4mi from Westerville). Room = $90/night + $19 tax = $109, or $55 per person double occupancy

Doh... nevermind. I won't be able to make it that weekend. Pitt's homecoming game vs. Rutgers is that day. I'll be there instead!

Ok so I was off by one week in the schedule... I was thinking they were at Central Florida that week (which is a Friday night game) and that I'd have the whole weekend free. Turns out Central Florida is the previous weekend and that weekend is Homecoming. I can't miss Homecoming at my Alma Mater... especially when I worked for the team for the 5 previous years and just graduated less than a year ago!

Besides, I'm not wasting one of my season tickets... lol.... and you will NEVER see a Pitt Football game on while I'm not either: a) at the game, b) watching the game on tv, or c) listening to it on the radio. It's a fact.

I might be up for it. Will depend on schedule. As it stands now I'm out of town for the first two weekends, have family coming in the 3rd weekend, so we'll see if I'm not on travel/people overload.

splink you need to show up to more Pittsburgh meets yourself! So far I think you went to the Waterfront one last month... but you haven't been out to Pep Boys yet in GBG. We're going there tonight...

Is this meet still on? Anyone need a hotel room for a night? I can get us in at Maroitt for like $55/person through work but will need to know (and money up front so I can turn it into work) soon.

Let me know

I dunno if I'll be up for it or not. It's a possibility, but if I do go I'll probably shoot for driving up and back the same day.

I don't think they are backing out, just that they probably forgot. Still got 20 days. I'll just keep reminding all of them.
