I'm Tom, I drive a black TC debaged, small wing, a catless downpipe, and a K&N drop in. I was in edgewater tonight, it was pretty good, cops weren't too bad. I saw only one other cobalt who parked right behind me but like 2 spots over.

ANd would there be any interest in a meet somewhere around the tri state area, on say a saurday afternoon some time soon? Maybe a drive up to bear mountain or seven lakes drive with lunch beforehand or something?

 

we've been trying this so good luck...i work sat afternoons so it would have to be after 6

 

I'd definitely be in for a meet, and that's a great place for a cruise. But it really depends on what time you would want to do that on a Saturday cuz whiskey is that night, and I usually try to get down there by 5:30 or 6ish when I'm around.

Yea, that was me... I was trying to find the owner of it (you) but there was like 30 people around us and the srt4s so I didn't know whose it was. I checked your car out. Looks good man. I'd be down for a meet at bear mountain. Saturdays would be good for me in the late morning-afternoon.

Theres a show in Hackensack this Sunday. Heather knows the details, but I think a couple cobalts are going, me included.

I've only actually made it down there twice this year (once in my cobalt, once in the mustang), but yea, my mustang club is there every week.

BTW hope to see everyone who can make it at the show on sunday! should be a lot of fun!

 

Yea i was with the red and black srts parked next to me, and Ill be going to the show in hackensack around noonish for a couple hours.

 

I will not be able to make it to the show till the earliest 4 o'clock so im not sure if Im going to be able to make it to this one, but im going to try to be there

 

I think whiskey starts at 6 and goes till about 9:30 10 if anyone was wondering times

 

I ended up going to a tibby meet in rockaway...my friends car being the fastest tibby there....which was kind of sad...but I still had fun

 

The show is only supposed to go til 3...

 

Dam that sucks, I work till 2 and have, so I would just be getting there at 3, sorry but im out

Yea like wise... are you goin to edgewater next thursday? Drive down with me and about 5-6 other cars... i want a rematch, where i dont let you get the jump and we start out in the same gear. Oh yea ill bring gas next time too

BTW Russo, I saw you on 17 yesterday at like 445 right by the white castle. I was heading north though so not sure if you saw me. You were pulling out of some place into the highway.

anyone know of any good turbo shops in the area? like rebuilding turbos?

 

Not I...but if it's like a stock turbo or a very inexpensive one, you're probably better off just buying a new one
