Yeah well I don't have the software/tools/knowledge needed to "hack" into a head unit...nor do a lot of people for that matter...and supposedly the ones who had knowledge have failed with upgrading the hard drive

So Fri went like this....

Best run was a 14.6 @ 99mph and a 2.4 60" time.

I was actually pretty pissed off about it cuz stock my SS/SC ran a 14.4 so I was expecting nothing less then that.

So after I guess about 6 runs, I was letting the temps come down for my last one of the night.... (BTW, If i wanted I probably could have got 20 runs in lol, not over packed like it will be starting next week lol) So I'm standing there and this guy with a NSRT comes up to we, and we BS about the CSRT a bit and he's trying to sell this BOP to me and blah blah blah, and then he's like, oh what did you run BTW?

So i'm like ahhh well I;m stock, and I'm still getting used to the clutch getting out of the hole cuz I only have 1K miles on it..... and I ran a 14.6

He was like oh wow thats not bad at all. I'm like, huh? That sux for 266whp. He's like naaaaa this car has limiters inside the PCM till you hit like 2K miles.

I was like naaaa your crazy, then he was like, have you seen more then 10lbs of boost? no right...... and I was like, well no ..... then he's telling me about how the SRT's have this forced break in things in the PCM that don't fully unlock to you hitt certin mile's with the car. like @ 1K i'd be at like 11lbs of boos, 1,500 miles 12lbs of boost and 2K i'd be hitting 13lbs..... and he said the best 60" he's seen done in a stock CSRT was like a 2.3 lol so then I didn't feel so bad about that either.

So now I'm thinking I might just buy all the parts, wait till I hit 2K miles, go back see what I run stock, then just throw all the parts on the car.

So that was about it for the track..... Ha d agood time just me and Chris.... Mad bugs on the front of the car between 7-8 and then they all went away.

I prob wont be back at the track till I hit 2K miles...... just an FYI
