Well next week some time I should have all the parts Im goin to start tearing into the new block. Ive still got to build the ice box, do the duelpass, finnish the A/C delete, fix my exhaust ,finnish my other set of headlight, so much to do....

 

well, i just took a ride to wegmans and it was working again so i dont know.. hey dan, are you gonna give me that extra resevoir or should i buy my own? for option b i mean

im not running it on my car, i hav a ss/tc, when i get my tax return im getting all the bolt ons from hahn! there hahn car is putting down around 350+hp which i would be happy with for now until they fig out the injectors. no point to get a bigger turbo when i wont b able to use it all.

wat do guys think i should do?
1. PPC Tuner and air intake
or
2. Turbo Back Exhaust and air intake.

 

Exhaust and tuner. Intake's usually aren't the restrictive factor in a turbo car.

I guess a tune and exhaust are the best hp mod for you. The intake increases turbo spool/blow off sound tho...

 

turbod ss pm me. Dont buy the Hahn Tuner thats WAY to expensive and you will get less performance. I paid 400 for my tune which is a custom tune.

Oh and dont buy a 3inch exhaust...if you plan on doing exhaust work its the Hahn downpipe you want to buy. Which is where nearly ALL the restriction is for these cars.

and more air getting out the better, DP is clutch but so is the rest of the exhaust, got to breathe

 

its just not worth 600 bucks for like 5 HP....maybe with a bigger turbo needs a bigger exhaust but not this one...I was tuned by Psykostevo...one of the members on the board.

Phoenix AZ i believe? He uses Hp tuners on a laptop to tune over the internet...granted its not a dyno tune...but its custom to YOUR car...and not a canned tune like Hahns.

No but You will probably need it sooner or later...waiting on a tax return...my boost is at 22Psi...just waiting for it to come loose but it hasnt yet surprisingly...

 

i would be doing a full turbo back exhaust not by hahn tho so it would only be around 700 all done. so if i did that and then got the charge pipes and the air intake i think it would be good for now, then i wanna get the bigger intercooler!!

hey guys i was talking to jsp america and they said they will doa front carbon fiber lip kit for the ss, but we need to hav 15 orders in before they will do it. check out my post!
