I was poking around looking for some info and I came across an article saying they are supposed to build a new skyscraper 30 ft taller than the HSBC building in downtown buffalo. 615 ft overall. However, I don't see anything in the Buffalo news. I would think this would be HUGE for the area, so I just wanted to know if anyone has heard if this was true or not?
