i had it on for 2 years... on high and no problems what so ever, the stock tranny is tuned down to 40% line preasure cause most ppl wont drive with it kicking in all the time... google it some more.. autotrans interceptor... every site i went to was all positive about it

ya man i believe ya thats why i bought it........but my pops got on my ass about it......he claims its nothing more then an old school internal shift kit with new package.......and it WILL harm the tranny internals unless you upgrade it with stronger internals or racing gears

old school shift kits actually help the life of an auto tranny. Slow (stock) shifts create lots of excessive heat and burn the tranny up. Shift kits may make the car shift hard and feel brutal making you think you're hurting the car but in all actuality you are extending the life of your tranny. Cars don't come like this from the factory because most ppl won't put up with harsh shifts.

all right it will stay on permanatly........my former scoutmaster and best friends dad has been an auto mechanic for 30+ years and now he works at atlantic nissian in the service dept...........he told me it will prolong the life of the tranny, granted i dont beat the **** outta it (i.e. reving up letting off and punching the gas) thanks for all the help guys

ya my scoutmaster whose the mechanic said that a tranny cooler isnt even needed...........if it ran too hot the CEL would trip, if the line pressure was too much it would also trip a CEL......bottom line if you dont trip a CEL your not harming the car.........there are sensors in there that monitor every part and function........he said our cars have somewhere around 30 sensors in the tranny alone

anyone taking a ride out tonight........i plan on hitting up DPA and the train station....
