Hit 16 in third on my way home from work on about 1/3 throttle. Felt good but I let out right away. It seems like the car will blow right past 20 at wot no problem.

hey i noticed sometimes, only happened 2x so far i hear like a double blow off noise when the cars cold, i start the car and wait till out of choke befor i drive away and it will do it for mayb 10 mins and then go back to normal, is this ok someone told me its normal...it doesnt seem to affect anthing performance wise...thanks guys

 

anything under coolent temps of 165 degrees the bpv will make weird noise if you go into any boost, after that and the car is nice and warmer it should be fine, I dont go into boost on my car untill around 175 degrees because the turbo and the bov makes crazy weird noises when cold, when warm they make the sound of POWER lol

That weird noise could also be the CAI. I know that mine makes a funny noise sometimes when its cold.

 

what other turbo swaps is hahn going to do, on their site it says ko4 upgrade, super 20g, and the gt30/35
now mezz went with the 30, maybe the ko4 or super 20g would fit me better? how much power how much and do they want my car to test any turbo swaps LOL

 

s20g is good to about 400whp, gt3076 will spool a bit faster and make upwards of 500whp. K04 wheel upgrade will put you in the 360whp range and 380-390wtq or so.
They already had a test car for the 2 others which is why we got to do the gt3076 setup, but god 15psi feels good (only 1/2 throttle too)

btw you got your work cut out for you, found 3 more flower beds that were buried under leaves lol.

 

other then a turbo swap right now, what other mods or any thing can i do to that can make more power safely, other then tuning to higher boost lol

 

can't really go any higher with the stock turbo, best setup: intake, hard pipes, hahn fmic, catless dp, and catback. not going to make anymore power with the stock turbo. That **** is maxed up top at like 18-20 psi.

K04 would make for a nice upgrade as it is basically a stock turbo on steriods. It would have insanely fast spool.

 

the K04 wheel upgrade is nice if you aren't looking for insane power, plus 99% of the time if you ever had to bring the car in for service they wouldn't have a clue.
Cams you don't need, and head work is a waste below 450whp or so.

i go every wenesday, but didnt head out tonight because I dont feel good plus I never see other cobalts there lol

now I do want insane power, but I am a kid and I dont have MUCHO DENERO and I also a scared of blowing the cars engine or trans, I kinda push my car HARDDDDD and alot of power and pushing it daily might go BOOM and if so I dont have MUCHO DENRO to fix a blown W/e it may be lol but you can prolly talk me into it lol
