Wow.. This thread turned into the SRT vs Balt thread. blahhh

 

 

Man did i have a sick race last night. It was about 1 am and I was on the norther state on my way to PA. I Noticed a 350z. We started to pace each other a bit. Then my exit (cross island north) came up. I went to get off the exit and noticed him shoot two lanes over and get behind me. At this point I realized it was on. As I was getting on the cross island I opened it up. I put some distance between us but not nearly as much I usually do to most ppl. I was like oh **** this guys fast. Definitely has to be modded. So now im cruising in third at 90 and he pulls up next to me. We look at each other and both take off at the same time. He pulled me a slight bit at first but then my car started to over take him. It was real close but I was slowly pulling away and had 2 lengths on him when we shut down at 170. We gave each other the thumbs up and he said nice car, I said the same back. Then I asked his mods. He was ****** twin turbo. No wonder why it was so close.

PS: 170 on the cross Island is bad. Never doing that again.

It came up so quick. 3rd gear for like one second. Then fourth for a few and then fifth. The speed came up so quick.

Especially when you have to change lanes to go around someone.

 

im goin to try to get up to ruby's 2nite..im closin my job and we close around 10 so if i get there it mite be too late dependin on when i get out. i got my catback the other day..its goin on sunday!!

 

not gonna be out tonight. Chillin out the house, probably do a little drinkin, but weather is supposed to suck anyway later on.

If i get the roll pin situation figured out today i will definitely be there Saturday. I'll be calling you later for directions on the fix. I gotta write them down. I get the idea on how to do it though.
