getting work done! i have an appointment on wednesday at smg. definatly getting a cx heat exchanger and dual pass installed, possibly getting 60's (thanks bobby!), 2.75, 1 step colder plugs, and a tune. all depends on how much i really want to spend. lol.

 

lol i think your the guy fred just quoted for the dual pass and H/E that he gave me the price for then, youll be happy with him he knows his ****

 

i like hearing that. i wish the tune wasn't as expensive as it is. my buddy got his mustang tuned for $250, which is what i was hoping to pay, seems like the 'regular' price. i don't mind paying a little more for a good safe tune by someone who knows this engine, just this is just enough that i have to think about whether to do it now or wait a month or so. lol. only i don't really want to wait!

when you leave his place you will have a safe tune for sure, he leaves his cars with a tune that is just a shade on the safer side rather than running them a little leaner to get "bragging numbers" out of them. youll be happy.

yeah i plan to 'document' the work, not to try and tell them what to do or to screw them should something fail, but cause i'm a nerd like that. lol. i'm pretty sure the front bumper's coming off, as well as the radiator, so i want pics of my car like that, just because. i plan to record all dyno runs if i get tuned as well. i think i'm just gonna say screw it and do the tune now, i don't want to wait! lol.
