car clubs
any non-ricer, bs car clubs around here that dont ask for money for membership fees or anything but is actually legit and with people who are chill and everything...im from wilkes barre and the clubs around here either want money or are just plain old ricer clubs...someone help me out

I think they're called the street outlaws or something like that they hold meets and **** and they're pretty big the one guy Burnt2death ( I think that's how you spell it) use to be on here he's on of the co founders I think

i used to be in east coast dynasty but they kept wanting money and redic deadline times to finish your car they were never happy with what ya had the money for and all that...i just want a chill club ya know
