car repossessed
my 07 cobalt was repossessed its goin to adeca auction 11/03/07 if any one has access to auction and is lookin for one it would be a good by it has black housing headlights its lowered smoked tails black front emblem and rear red emblem it will prob be cheap

Double check your paperwork and make SURE it was a by-the-book repossession. GMAC is giving themselves a bad track record of illegal repossessions.
Did they give you the chance to bring your account current? Send you a post-possession notice?
They've been REAL bad about taking payments lately and not crediting accounts. Three times they threatened to take my car when I'd never missed a payment for hte entire length of the loan!!!!!!!!!! Just for your own peace of mind, double check and see that all of your payments were credited as they should be. If they made a mistake, you're entitled to damages.
