Just testing the waters here as a newb to see how many people would be interested in going to this. I have held two meets at Cecil in 8thcivic.com and we had a pretty good turn out so I figured we could all meet up at the College and we can head to Cecil from there then go out cruising and maybe stop for a little shoot.

Time: 830-900am on June 20th, Saturday
Place: Meet up at Cecil Community College then drive to Cecil County Dragway (They are only 5 min apart)

Ok so I just checked the track schedule and it looks like the only real good day to do this is going to be on Saturday, June 20th. Gates open at 8am so I was thinking we all meet up at the college at around 830-9am. Let me know what you guys think.

I'm actually thinking about heading down there this saturday to spectate. I gotz no plans currently and I'm an early waker anyways. If I feel like it, I'll decide to spend the extra 20 bucks and race some!

 

it well be wierd because the last time i ran a car it went 11.6 in my sti. i know my cobalt wont do that

im going to cecil on the 20th with a few friends... shooting for 13.9's ... got 2.9 and 60's cai and toruque dampner... prolly wont get it because of exhaust but whatevs... people should come out... friend is bring his 08 gti chipped and a few other cars will be out. so we can have a 4 cylinder presence in the midst of all the 8cyl muscle heads...

 

Yea thats the only thing about Saturday's... Lots of muscle... lol

 

i have a ls 2.2 cobalt my sti was wrb blue with gold or gun metal wheels and my wrx was sonic yellow

Yeah, i raced at MIR with my 07 honda civic si and was lined up with an IHRA dragster... I wasn't at the 1/8th mile when it crossed the finish line.. lol

Yeah hopefully my buddies is done by then... He had #4 cylinder go and at the same time his compressor wheel sheered off and threw metal shrouds in his oil... So... He motor is pulled apart and parts are arriving daily for rebuild lol

 

nice, yeah I have some performance charge pipiing on order, a catless DP and a CAI all coming from CIA.

Just need to order that 2nd ECU and I'll be getting tuned 8/1 at the PA meet. I'm hoping for low 13's as I pulled 13.8 with my car bone stock.
