Yeah, I don't know the whole story, or much of what happened, there were some people that got upset with the way John (gremlin85) was doing things. I know that he worked wonders for my car after ZZP sent me a really bad tune, and that's all I care to know. I'm not advocating for them, but someone asked how to get in touch with him specifically, and i gave the info I had.

How about a weekend towards the end of September? Gives people a little time. Sept 21st or 28th??

 

^ both those weekends some people can't do, so that's why I suggested the 14th. Still a solid 2 weeks to do anything you want to do ahead of time.

 

14th I have a wedding and the 20th ill be in New Hampshire for the weekend

I don't see anyone who is busy Sept 7th, but that is coming up quick. Is everyone okay with meeting next weekend?

 

Unfortunately September 7th is out of the question. The shop needs a minimum of 2 weeks leeway in order to clear his schedule and have enough guys on hand for the event. I've been retarded busy lately so I haven't had a chance to even call him to lock down a date with him yet, but I suspect either 9/21 or 9/28 to likely be the choices. If it's going to be on 9/21, I don't think it's at all likely that I'll be available to make it unfortunately due to a prior engagement I already had scheduled. I'm ok with setting things up for everyone for that day still, but it's just not at all possible for me.

Long and short of it, how does everyone feel between 9/21 or 9/28?

 

If we do 9/21 or 9/28 there won't be 10 cars, unless people can change stuff around. I could only do the 21st.

 

Honestly, I feel we should just do the beginning of October, that way we can give the shop the notice it needs, and everyone who plans on coming enough time to clear their schedule and plan on coming.

I'm fine with October 5th as long as that is the consensus across the board. If the majority wants to do earlier (no sooner than 9/21) then I'll set something up for then. If not, then I can set it up for later.

Looking over the list again, it looks like October might actually be a better option for everyone considering the 21st and the 28th are no good for a few of you (including myself). Plus if we set a date in stone now for October, that should give everyone time to clear their schedules and make room for a kick ass dyno day! I like your thinking btw Chris!
