That was a good time meeting all you guys and another IRL was a bonus. Glad I could help you guys out with that other dyno down the street. How were the rest of those numbers?

Lmao. Yeah.... I was the last one to use that one... The dude with the white 2013 Mustang got strapped down, but the computer **** the bed. So he didn't get to go at Debaise.
And then when we got to Weapons Grade.... He got bumped 2 times because they were set up for fwd. lol. He was a good sport tho.... How much did he end up putting down on that dyno?

355whp.... ridiculous
Dude this dyno was not a dyno that will put a smile on your face I'll tell ya that. A guy rolled up later with a newer cobra running a 3.5L Kenny bell blower and 19lb pulley that only put down 571. This car was easily a 700+who car on a more forgiving dyno.

Good thing i didnt waste money on such a shitty dyno. Why even setup after the first few obnoxiously low readings? Unless you are ..returning to the same dyno after mods its not worth it, and if so who wants to brag about low numbers. Whoever dyno'd last is the ulitimate .....le retard

It's unfortunately a different story when you organize something that people drove from multiple states to come to specifically be apart of a dyno day, it's a little tough to do without a dyno. We were all really happy and appreciative that this second shop was able to help us out last second like this. Yes the numbers read ***** low, but at least we were able to actually complete the main objective of the day.... get 13 cars on the dyno.
Oh and for the record, I was one of the last to run on the dyno.. lol

Wowzers. And to think I was considering the drive.

Listen, **** happens. Did this work out as well for us this year as it has for other dyno days that I and others have organized in the past? Not quite. Was it anyone's fault? Not in the least. Was it still great to see everyone there? Absofreakinlutely! If nothing else, I enjoyed seeing everyone again (along with meeting some new faces) and look forward to other meets with everyone again in the future.
I really felt horrible about how things turned out, but we made the best of it. I especially felt bad for the guys over at Debaise Bros, and for the guys that drove from out of state to attend. This dyno has always been rock solid and has been my go to shop for a while now. They have always taken care of me, and those who they do business with. I just don't want this to reflect negatively upon him or his shop in the least. Trust me, he's quite upset about how things went.
I have to thank everyone for really being great sports about the whole thing, even if it was a very very long day in the end.. lol. I especially want to give a big thanks to TheRage who fortunately stumbling upon the second shop (Weapons Grade Performance) that ultimately did the vast majority of the dyno pulls for us. Without that, we would have basically been stuck with no dyno day what so ever. Low reading dyno or not, we still got a very good idea of where everyone's car stood. Gauging off of what I know my car has put down on the dyno at Debaise Bros with the same setup, this mustang dyno is almost exactly 15% less than what the dynojet put down. This was in fact reiterated to us all upon arrival by the owner. Simple example: I put down 420 at Debaise, and 355 on Weapons Grade. 420x.85=357 which is close enough to 355 for me. So with that said, I'm pretty comfortable with multiplying everyone's dyno results by 1.15 (15%) to gauge a good idea of what "normal" power numbers would have really looked like.

Thanks man. Just please don't break the dyno again the next time we have a meet!
Yeah seriously. I'm probably going to give the shop a call sometime this week and see if there's maybe something he might be willing to work out with us all. Even if it's just for a handful of guys who are curious to see what sort of power they could make on a little more realistic reading dyno.
