just got back from the mini meet. it was alright, should have been more people though! anyway, we ran into an old buddy of mine and his friend. he was running a civic hatch with an ls vtec motor and a t25 turbo 57 trim. lets just say that thing was nasty and was spinning pretty much through second gear. i ran him, i had him all the way up until he got traction. after rally left, i ran a buddy of mine that had a 02-03 wrx auto turbo that has a full exhaust and bov. crushed him from a roll and a dig. and last but not least ran a audi a6 2.7 twin turbo auto. from about a 30 roll i had 2-3 cars all the way up to the end of third gear. all of this was done in a closed course.

 

yea it was alright, i definately agree with that there should of been more people. the next meet i'm setting up will have warmer weather and alot more people and a much farther in advance invitations. on the way home i ran an acura tsx (hey i have to race what i can get) and smoke it pretty easy. all in all it was a pretty decent night, lots of very good scenery up on main street, if you know what i mean.

 

Damn I drove 2 1/2 hrs for the local boys to hide inside what a shame.Itried to get people to play but the only one who even steped up at all was blownss which i see left out that part of the night. thats cool i understand why lol . i wonder how many more spark plugs the civic cooked by the end of the night preety bad when you have to carry an exta box with ya but thats what you get with a rice burner.I will have to try and look him up next time i get down and some of my mods are complete. nice meeting the ones who had the ***** to show up though.

 

I don't street race so you didn't miss anything.

LOL NO UMM same cars both no mods just was kinda pointless run ,well other then fun.

 

It was cool. Got a little to drunk to drive back lol my fault guys. But it was cool meeting a few people. We gotta meet up again except with more people next time. Hey Merc......we need a sonic trip lol

 

yea the blownssdel vs. powerz was a complete driver's race, but a freaking semi got in the way and someone had to slow down, i wasn't playing so i didn't see who had to slow down. my little ls was there for the "sound effects" hahahaha. yea we'll definately have to get a bigger meet up. how about the first weekend of march? that is plenty of time for everyone to make plans and also plenty of time to get some stuff done to our cars.

oh hey guys that i meet last night, remember what i said about the deal with shortbus, well he backed out and changed his mind. so i'm a little depressed right now, but i guess it wasn't meant to be. so i will spending that money on something else.

 

Another Sonic meet would be awesome! Lets aim for warmer weather though.

The last meet was insane, I never saw so many cobalts/ions in one place!

 

Sounds good to me. And yeah i missed the last one :-( And the other one I didn't 'have my car I had my dads haha. So i gotta make the next one. And I ordered those progress springs so hopefully I should get them soon. Do they ride ok? haha i hope so.

Oh yeah, those progress springs run way better than the stock SS springs

 

i say we start planning for the next one, i should have a few more things done soon.
