Saturday, October 18th is the 9th annual Kiddie Rydes' DROPTOBERFEST custom truck and car show. It is at the Luzerne County Community College in Nanticoke, PA. It's a show for custom cars and trucks such as minis, fullsize, sport compacts, and lowriders. There will be classes for any type of vehicles including antiques, classics, s.u.v.'s and under construction. Expect to see rides from as far away as Maine, South Carolina, and Ohio. Show opens at 9 am, registration is $20.00 and closes at 1pm. 100% of the proceeds are donated to the college. General ADMISSION IS FREE!!! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies in each class are sponsored by A&A Auto stores. The guys from DROP 'EM WEAR will be out in full force with their huge selection of merchandise, not to mention the official DROPTOBERFEST 2008 tee shirt! ROCKSTAR and VITAMIN WATER will be refreshing specatators all day long. SOLO II autocross/ drifting will be back for another round of competition. A&A Auto stores will be present along with Jack Williams Auto Stores & Auto Addictions, Jesse "the turtle and alligator guy", the US ARMY and their free rock climbing wall, and many more vendors. A few spots are left at $30 a space. We have several food vendors this year and alot of activities in the works such as a motorcycle stunt show and club games.
