Its that time of the year again, Sonic meet time!! last years ephrata meet was crazy, we packed the entire parking lot and then some, the location has moved and we are expecting higher numbers then ever!!

That's right folks! Its time to announce this years Sonic meet. This has been going strong for 2 years and has generated endless hype and fun. We want to continue that success into this year's event! We are expecting well over 500 people to show up from over 50 different forums and clubs to caravan from all over the northeast and decend onto Sonic on April 11th, 2009! In the past, people have caravaned from Chester county, bucks county, montgomery county, Philly, New Jersey, Lancaster county, Reading area, York area and some have even come from farther away than that!

Whats new this year? We have relocated to the Morgantown, PA Sonic Drive-in. After overrunning Ephrata 2 years in a row it was clear that space had become an issue. Morgantown has a lot more of that to offer and should result in much better parking situation. Sonic and the local authorities have been made aware of this so please be on your best behavior and such. We want to continue to represent ourselves well and keep this event going!

lol i lived and ephrata and missed it..... now i live in jersey and will not miss the morgantown one.... no way 'll be there and i'll be stock....... or at least that is what i am tellin people.....

 

hmm...put me down for this....i think i know right where this is...and yea they have alot of room, there is like a parking lot right next to the sonic if room stacks up in the sonic parking lot

 

yea, they said this is near a walmart so we can use that parking lot as well. i havent been there so idk what it looks like, they said it has way more parking space and thats why they chose it. its gonna be huge, last years meet was the ****.

yea, it is a big shopping complex, it has an arby's sonic, and other shops, i havent been up that way in a while , i'm going to drive down rt 100 just past where martin motorsports used to be, and make a right onto ridge road, that takes you all the way to morgantown and its on your left as you get into morgantown, you can't miss it

 

as always, i must check my Drill dates for April and then I will let you know.

I'm really lookin forward to spring this year. I just put my H/e on the other day, got my clutch installed yesterday. My 60# injectors are in the basement, I got a Wideband and gauge pod on the way, and a 2.8" Nates pulley. WOOT!

 

yea today is 65 out and its reminding me alot of spring. cant wait.
