GMS1 in Massachusetts?

Seems like every dealership I go to has no idea what I'm talking about when I ask if they can do the GMS1 tune to my car. They also say that I'll void my warranty if any tuning is done.

Now my question is:
If any one in MA has the GMS1 done to their car, Where'd you go for it?

Thank you

This doesn't relate to your question about MA, but I went with the dealership that the local Corvette expert works for. They have him do all the dealership's performance mods. No problems with the install. You could ask around your local Corvette community to find out who's their favorite dealership tech.

I had it done at diamond chevy in Auburn ma it was the first one they did and they spliced the wired too tight so it loosened the connection and keep throwing cel's so they fixed it and no more problems since, and for the warranty it does not void it ! Its right in the paperwork from gm that it does not void it and the stage 1 parts are covered

Another member on here got his done at Lannan in Woburn. He said they did a good job. His was the first they did. It's called the LNF turbo upgrade kit, not GMS1 technically so you may be confusing them. You can install it yourself and then drive it the dealer very carefully and have them flash the ECU. As long as it is installed according to the directions with the kit it is warrentied. The kit DOES not void your warrenty. In fact, GM tested it to the 100k mile durability standard. Pretty damn good for the amount of power it makes.

I think there is a GM Performance parts authorized dealership somewhere in western MA. I want to say around springfield area if you want to go that route. You can look up the authorized installers on the GMPP website.

Just had one more question...If I wanna get a catless DP now will it still throw a code with the GMS1? Or do I have to have someone else get a tuner on there and delete the code from the system so it won't throw a CEL
