have a Question that i am trying 2 get the answer 2......I live in valley stream Long Island......I brought the gmp Stage 2 power kit.....Every dealer around my way wont or dont do that type of work.....and the dealer that do it they are charging like 1500 2 buy it and install....that crazy......lol...is there any dealer in NYC that well do it for me for a good price.........

 

Find a member to help possibly. There should be one in driving distance, Then pay to have it HP Tuned or if you really want to do it right, Buy your own parts that are similar to stage II and save the money.

Dealers won't help much. They are idiots

 

Don't limit yourself to going to the dealer. There are guys close to you that could help you with the install and probably reflash the computer as well. (And with a tune better than stage 2)

 

OK.....I need some idea then.......i have a cobalt ss.....with header ...cai...and exhaust system....what should i do next...what set up should i do next..........

 

Try something like 2.9 or 3.0" pulley, 42.5lb/hr injectors, stage 2 belt and a tune with HPTuners

You will save a lot and enjoy it too.

Just have a member help out.

Yes. If you change the injectors and pulley you should get a tune.

 

That sucks. We'll install the stage 2 all day long for under $1000, parts included. I hate douchebag dealerships giving us a bad name.
