What does a red sticker have anything to do with it? Sorry unfamiliar with the tyranny of Jersey save for the gas pumping and the left turns in some places.

Red sticker on your plate means your on a provisional (17 year old) liscense. So, they see me rollin with 2 people in my car or past 12, they can pull me over without me committing any other offense.

For Friday DPA I got the address of the McDonalds. It's 1255 Deer Park Avenue. There's one further up in the 1500s but the 1255 is right after the Taco Bell. W00t W00t
