I will only be at the columbia meet in my LS. then someone else will have to take my place for setting up meets lol.

I am going to wait til next spring unless a G35 comes up that i cant pass up haha

Here is some MD news. I had a GM stage 2 kit installed at Criswell Chevrolet in Gaithersburg. I also had the GM 2 pass intercooler with OPT B. Plus had installed a center arm rest. I supplied the parts for all (purchased from CrateEngineDepot). Total labor from Criswell - Stage kit $255,00. Arm rest $83.88. Intercooler - free (they forgot to charge - whoops). Install was perfect the way I see it. The service manager told me they do stage 2 kits all the time, and carry the kit in stock.

They also are servicing the transmission under warranty, but the parts cannot be found. It has been about three weeks.

Anyway the stage kit and intercooler are a terrific upgrade.

 

That is the trouble when i was trying to get my tranny fix....they would send the wrong parts and they said that GM has the parts on a need to know basis.

 

The car sat for two weeks, they kept offering a rental at GM expense. I finally picked it up and brought it home. I was going crazy waiting to drive after the upgrades. Anyway I paid for that part of the service, and have the invoice for all the work. It has about 10 parts listed for the transmission. The problem is an occasional grinding noise when put in reverse. It's not a big deal but the car was just coming up on 36K so I had that looked at.
