I'm taking my wheels to the powder coater one day this week. Well 2 now and 2 in a couple weeks, $4-$500 is a lot when I only paid $300 for them. I tried to spray them but there are too many tight areas to get into.

jeremey you should get some black vinyl bowties for the center caps i think that will make it look a little better yet

the vinyl is easier if yore just doing the bowties i tried to paint them before and it didnt go over to well

you spray it and if you dont like it you peel it off, enough said lol. Dont try to peel it off in the cold though it wont work and it will hold up over time.

oh good stuff. cuz i want one of my spokes on my wheels either green or yellow. but if i dont like it i want to be able to remove it easily. so i guess ill try to get some plasti dip. im pretty stoked lol.

Anyone ever use Chesapeake Coating in Baltimore? Trying to find a place that does poweder for a decent price. A local shop is $100-$125 per wheel and chesapeake said $85 but I don't want to sacrafice quality to save $15 a wheel.

I have never had powdering done by a shop so I don't know the quality of either.
