I am f#cking pissed at Bob Bell...it has been 2 1/2 weeks now and my wing is not done. They halfass painted it the first week it was there but there are drips/runs, chips and gouges in it and I refused to take it. then I went there this past Friday and they haven't touched it A FULL WEEK LATER. I bitched at the body shop manager and my service manager/boss and hopefully they finally get it done the RIGHT way.
If they are treating an employee this way I would hate to see how they do customers.........

my new status!!!



I was at my great grandmother's house on Saturday and when I went to leave the dash said add air or something along those lines. Flipped through the dic and the l/r showed 6psi. Went to put the spare on...and couldn't find my wheel lock key (just found it at Bob Bell, I forgot to put it away when I rotated my tires 2 weeks ago). Had to air it up and limp from Westminister to Essex. Had to leave it parked until today when I was off of work early enough to take it in for the tire to be replaced. Good thing I have a tire/wheel warranty from when I bought my car!!! I'll pay a $50 deductible and get a new tire

 

Oh...and of course the tire is not in stock FML

It's a pembroke welsch corgi. So far I've spent $1000 on this dog getting shots and vet visits. i cant afford to take care of it if its gonna cost another $1000 for a broken leg. Luckily its up and running around playing again. Thank god.
