yeah thats the problem I have always noticed with the lower level cars on the cost ladder as far as forums and dedication.

Normally a younger core group, most dont stick around long, and they always move on to something better. But hey people get older, mature and have families and lets face it we all aren't going to own these balts for the rest of our lives. Itd fall into a 1000 pieces if we did HAHA

Then you get us somewhat older/seasoned heads in here that just hang out forever give or take. In my case I wanted something that was easy to mod had good power and was better on gas then 9-11 MPG haha.

I always say enjoy the communities with cars here and now cause most people dont stick around long. As long as you all share common interest itll always be fun,

Lol this, I had a cavalier I beat the **** out of and was surprised how well the motor ran ran I got rid of it. Never really had issues with oil leaking or any real mechanical problems the years I beat it up, went to a maxima and had oil leaks everywhere. Car had an odd clunk too when I turned too lol so went and saw my SS and it felt like it was mine before I bought it!

I don't plan on ever losing this car, if anything it'll be my fun DD to and from work, I'll get another vehicle for my power urge.

I'n hoping to find a gto for my high horsepower weekend toy in a few years but I have to get the Balt where I want it first!

Def work on 1 project at a time especially if its a big one. You will spread yourself way to thin on patience, cash and not trying to go completely insane!

Smart move

The SRT has tons of adjustability for the the driver from 6 way seat adjustments to pedal and steering wheel adjustments as well you will be fine.

With bigger turbo, block and yes the F40. With a build like this I dont think an email tune is really the way to go. Id prefer getting it on the Dyno and really getting a solid tune in.

But thats all being saved for Winter. I dont drive the SRT very often at all so I need to Balt through the summer for DD duties
not saying email tune for the final build project, im saying email tune for now, UNTIL you go up there for the built block and trans swap. then get a real dyno tune from them.

RPM isnt far of a drive at all for me to DE. Plus id love to see what this thing makes with the ZFR. Be good to have it on a dyno and see where we can take the tune.

But for sure it will be ZZP over the winter doing the final install and tuning of everything when it is said and done.
