Does anyone own a blue Cobalt SS in the Hudson/Marlborough area? I saw the first SS other than my own today, driving by blockbuster in Hudson heading towards MArlborough or 290.. Im from marlborough and own a black SS..

 

Duxbury now, but grew up in Somerville/Cambridge area and there couple times a week still.

 

Hey where in leominster are you loacated, im form leominster too, i own a blue Srt, I saw a black SS around.

 

Yeah, I ran my car at Epping over the summer. As it is now I ran 15.5@90 with a slipping clutch.

 

I live in Marlborough but I work all teh way in Gardner so I am driving my black SS by leominster all the time.. if u seen the black ss on RT2 it prolly could have been me

yeah we need to have a meet. i got a shop that we could all meet at. theres a huge parking lot and we had a cookout and about 50 cars showed up. i'm sure he wouldn't mind having a cobalt meet if people were gonna show up. it's in brockton, mass. so if people are willing to travel i can talk to him and get things rolling. no dyno or anything, just a performance shop and a place to hang out with fellow cobalt owners. we could make a weekend out of it for people traveling a long way.

I saw an older Guy in a Black SS the other day while I was driving my 2005 M3. He was trying to race me and obviously didn't know what he was up against. I was just kind of cruising and not getting on it.

Anway I have a 99 Mitsu GSX I would like to try against an SS for ***** and giggles... They are somewhat in the same HP catagory.

Oh and this was in Leominster too...

 

you looking for a stock ss or a modded one? i'll race yea no problem, but got got quite a few mods

What are you putting to the wheels? M3 has a bunch of goodies and is running high 12's so you would need at least a stage 2/3 to get close. I have plans to purchase a supercharger from Active autoworks. That units is good for 500+ hp in the stage 2.

The GSX on the other hand has the basic catback, turbo xs blow off valve. The all wheel drive gives you very good launches from a dig. That is good for high 13's low 14's

Just so you know I ended up here due to the fact that my girlfriend bought a Cobalt and I was impressed with it's performance. I appreciate all cars no matter what make and model.

your the guy i always see then. i also have a yellow ss/sc. i work in brockton and live in west birdgewater. i got the sshp racing banner on the windshield.
