So I saw some modded red cobalt today. Wappingers Falls, NY, right by the Dairy Queen on 9d'ish area. Only got a glimpse, wonder who it was.

I used to have a breathalizer in college and we would blow into it after x beers. The damn thing had to be re-calibrated daily
