I got mine about a month ago. Any other females with an SS, or am I solo on this one?

Welcome to the site It's always good to see more and more of the female persuasion to be driving the Cobalt, especially the SS

 

I would get a Black SS if i could legally drive it ...I dont have a license yet

 

Yep, I'm one of the other female SS drivers. Funny thing is, the guy I'm dating won't drive it because it's a stick...shouldn't that be reversed???? Oh well, he can barely fit in the damn thing (he's 6'6") so just getting him to ride around in it is an accomplishment...

 

haha I thought it was an unspoken rule that all guys must drive stick.

I thought so too, I guess we thought wrong! I guess it's like the guys that assume all girls drive automatics...or that there's something anatomically wrong that girls simply cannot drive a manual...there's always exceptions to every rule.

LOL, he ain't learnin' on my car...I burnt the hell out of the clutch when I was learning it, my poor baby doesn't need another manual newbie tearing her up even more!!!!!

Drove it off the lot Sept 1
2006 Black SS/SC w/performance package
All the options......Sunroof, XM, OnStar, etc. fully loaded
Only had for a day as of now, haven't broken it in yet......tryin to keep my foot off the floor is a such challenge right now. Definitley worth while.
Almost got an 06 without the performance package......but I thought about it for a few days, and this fully loaded '06 Black SS/SC came in, and the dealer called me ASAP, glad I waited.
